Lewis Bay took control of the lead around the turn for home and continued widening on the field down the lane for a 6 length victory. American Gal went off as the 3/5 favorite. Imperial Hint move to leaders at the quarter pole.  Imperial Hint and Bobby Abu Dhabi down the lane. Imperial Hint gained the lead by the eighth pole. Whitmore came running late down the lane to pass Bobby Abu Dhabi near the wire to capture second. Imperial Hint won by a half-length. Running time- 1:15.02
