Ax Man broke slowly and was asked to pressure Tiz Mischief down the back stretch. take the lead. King Zachary and Funny Duck set behind the pace setters down the back stretch.  King Zachary moved to leaders around the final turn. He was able to take the lead turning for home to draw from the field by 6 lengths. Tiz Mischief was 3 lengths in front of Ax Man. Ax Man went off as the 2/5 favorite. Running time – 1:42.86.

Mr Cub set the pace down the back stretch. World Approval and Flatlined were stalking the leader down the back stretch.  Mr. Understood had a late kick to capture the win by 1/2 length. Inspector Lynley was charging at the wire and was able to finish second by a nose in his last stride. World Approval, the favorite, finished sixth. Running time – 1:41.83.

Blue Prize and Awestruck were setting close to Farrell into the final turn. Blue Prize was able to catch Farrell in the final furlong and pull away for a one length win. Mopotism made a late kick to finish third. Running time – 1:50.02.

Backyard Heaven, went off as the 1/2 favorite, finished sixth. Running time – 1:49.21.

Irish War Cry was eased around the turn for home and vanned off the track.
